Section 64
Disintegration and its consequences
(1) If the government of Nepal feels that the institute should be dissolved for any reason, it can dissolve the institute.
(2) In case of dissolution of the Institute according to sub-section (1), all the obligations and rights of the Institute shall be deemed to be transferred to the Government of Nepal.
